Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Through the Bergzicht Animal Hospital online store, you can choose to receive your order in one of 2 ways:
Select Delivery at Checkout and you will be offered a shipping rate to choose from.
Bergzicht Animal Hospitali uses The Courier Guy to fulfill orders and rates are calculated relative to your delivery address.
Turnaround times for courier delivery will depend on the size of item and the option chosen in Checkout:
Parcel tracking can be found at : https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track . - Tracking number will be stated on your Order Confirmation.
Select ‘Collection’ at Checkout and you will see the Physical Address of our premises stated on your Order Confirmation.
You are welcome to collect your order between 8:30am-16:30pm Monday to Friday from the address.
*Please allow 1 working day for us to package your order ready for your collection.

Where it accepts your order, Bergzicht Animal Hospital will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
